Another Mini Primark Haul

Someone seriously needs to stop me from spending money. I think I might have a problem. Whether I have £1000 in the bank or £1.00 if there is something sparkly, glittery or pink I see when I’m out shopping I MUST have it. See, I told you didn’t I? PROBLEMS.

The reason I was back at primark in the first place was because of my very tall six year old not fitting into any of the dresses I bought her, they needed to be switched for the next size. But after I had received my refund I found myself wandering back over to the homeware, and then the womens section.

I picked up a couple of these gorgeous fluffy as hell cushions for my lounge. They were only £3.00 each and I thought that was pretty reasonable!

Then another bargain, more nails (not that I need more) but they were 50p for 24 nails by my calculations that’s two goes right?

How could I not buy these?

Next on the hit list was the most gorgeous bag I have ever seen. I spotted it as I was coming down the escalator and it was love at first sight.

Not only is it iridescent, but inside it has a zip lock compartment that is completely black glitter. This was only £10.00! When I moved onto the makeup section for a look around I saw the matching toiletries bag which was only £4.00. I plan to use these for my flight as they are nice and light!

How beautiful is this? Its a really good sized toiletry bag with another flat zip bag inside the pocket. This was super super cheap aswell at £5.00!

That’s it now I’m locking my purse in the safe. On a serious note though primark is just killing it at the moment with so many on trend pieces. Just to pre warn you though if your going anytime soon take a wallet full of cash and some extra hands for the bags!

Thanks for reading!

  1. This is an old man responding to your title — Live in the moment and enjoy it — but before you do, pay your seventy-year old self first. Take 10 percent out of every paycheck and put it in long-term savings and investment. Do it in good times and bad. By starting now, you will be amazed at how much you have at age 50. And when others complain their pensions are not enough to live on, they will marvel at how well you live.

    1. This is great advice, thank you very much. I’m not the best at saving money but I need to be, we have a wedding coming up so we are just saving for that at the moment but we do need a contingency! Thanks x
