- Enjoy the Moment – Wake up in the morning, grab your favourite hot drink a pen and notebook. Write down three things you are grateful for. Are you grateful for the fact you can afford to heat a kettle so you can enjoy that coffee? or because you have been lucky enough to wake up refreshed after sleeping in a cosy warm bed? We take so much for granted in life that we sometimes overlook the small but important things. Its these small things that make a difference to your attitude, your vibe, positivity breeds positivity.
- Keep your cup half full – You can do this by making a conscious effort to find something good out of every situation, negativity attracts more negativity. Have you ever heard someone say “bad luck comes in threes”. Think of the universe as a gigantic mirror, your world is a reflection of what you put out there. So guess what, put out that negative energy and you will receive negative energy back. The power of positivity really does allow us to project positive energy back to us. Give it a try.
