Merry Christmas girls and guys!

Can you actually believe its come and gone? The build up, the anticipation, the wrapping, the mince pies, the baileys, the family time, the lights, the scents, the food, the gifts, the late nights (and early mornings), the hangovers (who am I kidding, this is a weekly thing) it feels like it was only last Christmas a week or so ago. This year has absolutely FLEW!

We had a beautiful Christmas day, this year I managed to get the day off so we had the ultimate day in. Champagne for breakfast with bacon sandwiches, a slap up Roast, Disney Christmas parade and drinks with our friends next door.

The roasties got cooked in goose fat, the parsnips were glazed in thyme and honey and the sprouts were fried in garlic butter and smoky bacon. Delish! It was absolutely delightful not having any solid plans for once, just being able to take the time to relax and actually enjoy the day made me wonder why we don’t do it every year.

Rose absolutely loved the day. She was spoilt rotten, father Christmas certainly delivered the goods!

What is everyone’s new years goals?. We are making some goals as a couple, and heading into our first year married we want to try and make it a debt free one and start working on our house. There is so much that needs doing but the wedding took over completely this year. I cant wait to get my pintrest updated with house décor ideas for the new year. Just need to actually save now!

See you soon Folks xoxo
