What I eat Wednesday

Welcome back you gorgeous people!

I just wanted to say first of all a huge thank you to everyone who has recently followed, commented or just read my posts. My followers are increasing and I feeling like my blog is really growing. Oh yeah and iv met some fabulous people along the way. So thank you.

Any way back to today. My diet this week has been a little more miss than hit. So in order to pull myself out of the rut iv been in for the past 48hours I decided to do a sort of food diary in this post, just so I can really take account of what I’m putting in my mouth!

Iv actually decided that I’m going to do a dry February. January was supposed to be a dry Month for me but I failed miserably on new years day. Iv had alot of family get togethers and parties and to be honest iv had quite a difficult working month so I’m going to start fresh in Feb.

So here’s what iv eaten today.

The day started off for me like most mornings, porridge and half a banana. It really fills me up and to be honest it’s really important to have a good breakfast.

Next was a mid morning snack. Now I was out quite a lot of the day at various meetings so I popped and picked up a coffee from McDonald’s and whipped out some of these gorgeous Whitworths fruit shots. They are just amaze balls and really curb that sweet tooth with the little tiny chocolate chunks.

At lunch time I popped into the gym to meet my mum and sister for a quick catch up. It’s quite easy for me to stay on plan at the gym cafe as the food is all extra healthy. Queue the tuna jacket potato and salad.

Lastly for dinner iv opted for prawn stir fry, iv Definetly had my five a day today. I’m cooking this as I’m typing, good old mum multi-tasking as per.

Now for supper….what to have?

We’re going to watch a movie tonight so snacks are an absolute must. Iv got some low calorie popcorn that I might reach for.

Any suggestions on healthy snacks guys?

Thanks for reading

  1. Honey, I’ve missed you so much ❤️ it feels great taking care of ourselves, right? My go-to healthy snacks: frozen baby carrots (yummy and refreshing), sugar free and low carb cereal bars, apples, tangerines and pears, peanuts, olives, cucumber slices, corn chips (the healthy, no salt kind), crackers with just a bit of cottage cheese, baked apples… I can’t remember anything else at the moment. So glad you’re blogging again and growing 🤗😘
