Being Accountable – NO excuses

Good morning my beautiful little angels! How are you all on this absolute miserable Monday morning? It’s absolutely throwing it down outside and when i woke up this morning i was definitely NOT in the mood to go to the gym.

I got on the scales, weighed myself and after 1 week i am down 3.5 pounds. I gave my head a wobble patted myself on the back drank some coffee then got myself changed into my gym gear. After the school run i headed off to the gym feeling all proud of myself that i had managed to shake off my negativity before leaving the house this morning.

Upper body day *sob*… Dont know if im pulling tongues to be funny or because i cant breathe.

One thing i did think about on the way to the gym was how accountable we are for our actions. We have nobody else to blame but ourselves for feeling miserable and that even when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed its only us that can pick ourselves up off the floor (or out of the bed) and change our mindset and make for a good day!.

So if your suffering from a case of the post weekend jitters and feeling blue about it being Monday just remember Monday is just a day like any other and only YOU have the power to make IT (whatever it may be) happen. No excuses.
