Unexpected dining room makeover

Happy Saturday everyone! Today started out like any other Saturday we were up at the crack of dawn with rose had a breakfast of porridge oats and blueberrys (yum) followed by food shopping and a trip to b and q.

Iv been Dying to update our dining area for sometime the table has been recently upcyled and we bought new curtains so in order to keep in with my grey theme iv got going on I decided to redecorate our feature wall.

We looked for a while and couldn’t really see anything we fancied then we came across the brick effect paper at a bargain of £8 per roll. Threw two in the basket and skipped off to the car.
We stripped (the wallpaper not eachother) and after an hour or two ended up with this…

I’m totally in love and cannot believe how much one wall can transform your whole room!

We also caught a steal on these lanterns and candles at b and q for £5!

Now for tonight’s plans, I’m cooking an Italian for tea my own carbonara complete with bruscetta with garlic butter and mushrooms.

I’m in work tomorrow on a long day so I figured I’ll make enough to take in for lunch!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend x x x

Thanks for reading x
